I founded WIT FIT in 2017 as a passionate college student with one goal in mind, to make a lasting impact on people’s lives. I wanted to show that getting in shape isn’t about punishment; it’s about embracing a lifestyle that empowers and transforms. Fitness should feel like a rewarding journey, not a chore, and I believe in finding joy in every movement.

While a sore muscle or two may pop up along the way, the benefits of fitness far outweigh the discomfort. Over the years, I’ve fine-tuned my training programs by working with diverse clients, constantly adapting my approach to suit each individual’s unique needs and goals.
